Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original box or a sturdy mailing bag, ensuring all original tags and labels remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package over to the designated courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
